Additional Charges Filed In Fremont Officer Involved Shooting
The police department has released dashcam footage, and a video narrated by the police chief. Watch it below.
FREMONT, CA — Attempted murder and assault on a police officer charges have been filed against a suspect shot by a Fremont Police officer on Feb. 9, the Fremont Police Department said in a statement.
Two Fremont police officers and several suspects were involved in the shooting in the 7200 block of Stevenson Boulevard.
The department also said, "Body‐camera footage will not be released until the resolution of court proceedings as this video is direct evidence to the criminal charges."

However, the department has produced a video about the shooting, narrated by Chief Kimberly Petersen.
