Adult Practice and Lap Swim Now Offered!

Join us Wednesday mornings for Adult Practice and Lap Swim at the American Swim Academy’s Fremont location (4150 Technology Place). Swimming is a great, low impact, high resistance exercise that is perfect for all ages! This option is available every Wednesday between 8:40am-9:40am. Just $8 per visit for adults currently enrolled in lessons and $10 per visit for adults who are not currently enrolled. Our indoor lap pool is heated to 90 degrees, year-round. Swim time is drop in only, space based on availability; you must provide emergency contact information upon arrival. Beginner swimmers must be water safe; Advanced swimmers must pass a 50 yard swim endurance test to swim in the 25 yard lanes.
