FREMONT, CA — A Target in South Fremont will be looking a little different come early fall.
The store at 43950 Pacific Commons Blvd. in Fremont is one of 10 across California chosen for the remodel aimed at expanding grocery offerings and modernizing customer pickup services.
Target officials say guests can expect a more "food-forward layout, including a new floor plan in its grocery aisle, updated aesthetics, including new lighting, and modernized drive-up lanes that aim at cutting down on pickup order wait times.
"We’re putting style, design and value at the center of everything we do," Target officials said. "And four clear priorities are guiding strategic choices aimed at delighting guests and driving profitable growth in 2026 and beyond."
Target says it will invest in remodeling 130 stores nationwide.
