Street Dance Party Of One Turns Into Public Intoxication Arrest: Police

FREMONT, CA — A dancer who was too drunk to function on the streets of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication last week, police said.

Police say the suspect was dancing in the middle of the road at Fremont Boulevard and Eugene Street on Tuesday, Aug. 11, and spitting at passing cars.

The dancer was too drunk to take care of himself, according to police, and responding officers took him into custody. Police only described the dancer as a male.
