Amprius Unveils 500 Wh/kg Battery Cell for Long-Endurance Aviation (evtolinsights.com) — A Fremont battery maker, Amprius Technologies, plans to begin producing ultra–high-density 500 Wh/kg silicon-anode cells at its local facility by late 2026, aimed at long-endurance aircraft and drones. Using conventional lithium-ion manufacturing tools, the company hopes to scale from Fremont into larger contract manufacturing, potentially anchoring more advanced clean-tech jobs and aviation innovation right in your backyard.
3. Prep football roundup: MC struggles in loss to SI (marinij.com) — A regional high school football roundup notes that San Rafael's Bulldogs, now 2–0, will travel to play Kennedy of Fremont this Friday night in non‑league action. The piece highlights recent wins and losses for several Marin County teams while flagging the upcoming matchup that will bring visiting fans into Fremont later this week.
4.
