BASIS Independent Fremont Announces Middle School Expansion
BASIS Independent Fremont Will Expand Campus to K-8 by 2019, Anticipating High School Expansion by 2020
BASIS Independent Fremont, the newest private school from the nationally ranked, world acclaimed BASIS.ed network, recently announced that it plans to expand grade offerings through eighth grade, ensuring kids have the opportunity to attend a BASIS.ed middle school in Fremont.
The new school will open its doors this August for the inaugural K-5 classes and will incrementally expand each consecutive year by enrolling K-6 in 2017, K-7 in 2018 and K-8 in 2019.
BASIS Independent Fremont intends to grow the middle school organically from their initial K-5 classes, filling grades six through eight with their original enrollees. However, those students from Fremont who wish to matriculate into middle school at the Silicon Valley campus will still have the opportunity to do so.
