Step Into the Flow: After-School Yoga at Juana Briones Elementary

Add fun and relaxation to your child’s school day with our After-School Yoga Program at Juana Briones Elementary, 4100 Orme Street​, Palo Alto, CA 94306. Here, students will get the chance to stretch, breathe, build balance, and have fun in a calming and supportive environment. This program is only for students attending the school and is not open to the public.

Our program was designed for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade, each session is led by our caring and knowledgeable instructors who guide students through age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities. Our goal is to help students improve flexibility, develop focus, and build confidence, all while enjoying movement and making new friends.
