Brave the Shave – Summer Kickoff Returns to Dublin!
Join us on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Emerald Glen Park in Dublin for the 2nd Annual Brave the Shave – Summer Kickoff benefiting the St. Baldrick's Foundation, the world's largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants.
There are many ways to participate:
• Shave your head in solidarity with children battling cancer
• Donate your hair to help create wigs for children who have lost their hair during treatment
• Become a trimmee and make a donation through a haircut or trim
• Volunteer at the event
• Attend and cheer on participants
This family-friendly community event will feature:
• Hair shaving and hair donation stations
• Raffle prizes, including autographed sports memorabilia
• Members of the 501st Legion Stormtroopers for photos
• Community partners and local public safety agencies
• Before-and-after photo opportunities
• Information about childhood cancer research and the St. Baldrick's Foundation
Every dollar raised helps fund lifesaving childhood cancer research and brings hope to children and families facing cancer.
