Join Vincent Medina and Louis Trevino, co-founders of mak-‘amham/Café Ohlone/ mak-warépOhlone Land Conservancy and leaders of UCB’s ‘ottoy Initiative, as they teach us how to play some Ohlone games, including their favorite game of all: stick dice! This program is designed for kids ages 8 to 12.

Space is limited. Free tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be distributed in the children's area 15 minutes before the program starts.

After storytime, learn and connect with Ohlone Culture in the newly dedicated Ohlone Space on the first floor of the Fremont Main Library!

Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests!

An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org.
