City Of Fremont Air Quality/Cooling Center Open Today, 10am-6pm At Fremont Community Center

For those needing some relief from the heat and poor air quality due to smoky and hazy conditions from recent wildfires, the City of Fremont Air Quality/Cooling Center service has been extended through today, Tuesday, September 8 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Fremont Community Center (in Central Park) located at 40204 Paseo Padre Pkwy.

Space is limited due to COVID-19 restrictions and face coverings are required. If you don’t have a face covering, a staff member will provide one for you.

Cooling Center visitors are encouraged to bring something to keep them occupied throughout their stay, such as a book or crossword puzzle.
