City Of Fremont: Attend Redistricting Community Workshop On November 3

The City of Fremont will be hosting a Community Workshop on November 3, 2021 at 7:00 pm to demonstrate how to use the public participation mapping tool, District R. District R is a simple “paint brush” tool will allow residents to “paint” their neighborhood, community of interest, or a map of all 6 council districts. No account or login is required to access the tool. Physical maps will also be made available to the public for those who do not have internet service or who prefer a hard copy. 

Once draft maps are submitted, a printable version of each proposed map will be listed into public record and on the City’s redistricting website. Draft maps must be submitted by November 22, 2021 to be considered at the December 7, 2021 redistricting public hearing.  To learn more, visit our redistricting website. Contact via email.
