City Of Fremont: HOPR E-Scooters Now Available In Fremont

HOPR e-scooters are now available throughout Fremont for public use. One hundred scooters have been parked at locations across the city and can be found using the HOPR app. E-scooter operators must follow all rules of the road as determined by state law. Earlier this month, the City expanded its pilot program with HOPR to a permanent program that also includes e-bikes and scooters.
