
The Salvation Army Hayward will host its first, annual Community Flea Market on Saturday, April 9, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 430 A St., Hayward. Pitches are $25 each and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Stallholders keep 100 percent of their sales proceeds. Vendors are welcome.
Need to de-clutter? Sell arts & crafts, clothes, household goods, jewelry, shoes, kitchen gadgets, books, tools, toys, unwanted gifts and other non-perishable goods. Any unsold items may be donated to The Salvation Army at the end of the event, should you not wish to take them with you.
Attendance is free for bargain-hunters. The Salvation Army will also sell hot dogs, chips and beverages to raise funds for its youth programs.
