Dead Pitbull Puppy Set On Fire At Fremont Bridge: Police
Fire officials found the dog on Tuesday after putting out a fire at a bridge in the area of Niles Boulevard and Linda Drive.
FREMONT, CA — Police say a dog whose remains were found following a mysterious fire on a Fremont bridge on Tuesday had died before being set ablaze.
Fire crews responded around 9 p.m. to the bridge in the area of Niles Boulevard and Linda Drive, where a small wood fire was burning in the bike lane, according to the Fremont Police Department.
After putting out the fire, crews found the remains of a four-month-old male black-and-tan pit bull. It only appeared minimally burned, according to police.
