Assemblyman Bob Wieckowski, D-Fremont and business owner Arlyne Diamond, a Republican, will respond to questions in a candidate forum for the 25th State Assembly office. The League of Women Voters of Fremont, Newark & Union City will host the forum at 7 pm on Thursday,September 20, at the Fremont Unified School District Community Room, 4210 Technology Drive. The 25th Assembly District was newly redrawn and includes Fremont (South of Mowry Avenue).
The forum will also feature the Fremont School Board candidates from 7:45 to 8:45 pm. The six candidates running for school board are Desrie Campbell, Ann Crosbie, Reshma Karapineni, Lilly Mei, Hiu Ng and Yang Shao.

Both forums will offer citizens an opportunity to submit questions to the candidates.
