Fatal Fremont Car Crash Leaves One Dead, Several Injured
Police are looking for witnesses to the incident.

Fremont, CA— One person died Wednesday evening after a two-vehicle collision in Fremont, according to police.
Officers responded to the 42000 block of Boyce Road around 6:30 p.m. on reports of an injury collision.
A preliminary investigation suggested that the driver of the first vehicle was traveling southbound on Boyce Road at a high speed when he lost control of his vehicle and ended up on the other side of the road, according
to police.

Police said the vehicle was struck on the passenger side by another vehicle that was traveling northbound.
The driver of the first vehicle was transported to a local hospital where he died of injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle, along with two juvenile passengers, suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital as a precaution, according to police.
Police said it does not appear that drugs or alcohol were factors in the collision.
