Free Communications Course in Fremont for Couples, Singles

Attend this 8-week class to grow and strengthen ALL your relationships at home or work. It’s World Class Relationships and it’s taught by Bento Leal, certified WCR Instructor with Healthy Relationships California.

The class runs eight Thursdays February 5 - April 9 (skipping Feb 19 & 26) from 7-9pm at the Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC), 39155 Liberty St., in Fremont.

You will learn communication skills for growing and strengthening your marriage or relationships. This course is great for both couples and singles, covers 16 pillars and is interactive and dynamic with lots of in-class skill practice and exercises.

Topics include: Setting Goals, Power Listening, Avoiding Blame, Handling Hot Topics, Resolving Conflicts and Disagreements, Giving Apology & Forgiveness, Growing Yourself, Nurturing the Relationship, and more.

The FRC offered the course twice last year and attendees raved about it.
