The Fremont Elks 60th Anniversary - Oct 12th
The Elks have been in Fremont from 1959 to 2019, and are celebrating their 60th Diamond Jubilee Anniversary on Saturday October 12th, 2019.

The Fremont Elks Lodge bring so much more to their community than just a building, bocce courts or a cocktail lounge. They are a place where neighbors come together, families share meals, and children grow up.
The Fremont Elks have donated more than 3 Million dollars to local charities and our south east bay community. Elks invest in their communities through programs that help children grow up healthy and drug-free, meet the needs of today’s veterans, and improve the quality of life. Including, Scholarships, State Projects, Hoop Shoot, Drug Awareness, Elks National Memorial, Elks Veterans Service Commission, Community Investments Program, Americanism Essay Contest, Soccer Shoot and our Dictionary Project.
The Fremont Elks inculcate the principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity; to recognize a belief in God; to promote the welfare and enhance the happiness of its Members; to quicken the spirit of American patriotism; to cultivate good fellowship; to perpetuate itself as a fraternal organization, and to provide for its government, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America will serve the people and communities through benevolent programs, demonstrating that Elks Care and Elks Share.
