Fremont To Open Cooling Center

The City of Fremont is opening a Cooling Center at the Warm Springs Community Center, located at 47300 Fernald St., from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. today.

This facility will adhere to social distancing practices in place during the COVID-19 pandemic. Face coverings will be required. If you arrive without one, you will be provided with one from City staff.
At this time, the Warm Springs Community Center is the only location available today due to pre-scheduled youth camps. City staff is working on a more centralized secondary location that could be opened later in the week for additional relief.
