Fremont Police Ask For Public's Help To Identify Stolen Items

Fremont police are asking for the public's help to identify possible collectors' items recently recovered by police.

FREMONT, CA — Fremont police are asking for the public's help to identify possible collectors' items recently recovered by police — items investigators believe may have been taken during a burglary, police said Friday.

Police took to Facebook on Friday to make the plea, saying the items were recovered during a recent investigation.

"We believe they were taken from a burglary and want to reunite them with their rightful owner," Fremont police said in a statement on Facebook.

The stash includes packaged toys, old knives and what looks to be vintage Vietnamese military memorabilia.
