Fremont Police Search For Walmart Burglary, Arson Fire Suspect

Police were asking for the public's help in finding two suspects responsible for a burglary and an arson fire at a local Walmart.

FREMONT, CA — Police this week were searching for two people responsible for a burglary and arson at a Fremont Walmart late last month.

On March 23 at 8:08 p.m., police were dispatched to a Walmart on Albrae Street after reports of a fire, the Fremont Police Department reported. The investigation indicated that the fire was intentionally set during a burglary involving multiple suspects.

The first suspect was described as a light-skinned man of medium height and build wearing black hat with a white symbol on the front, a gray hoodie with white drawstrings, jeans, black and red Nike brand shoes and a black mask.

The second suspect was also described as a light-skinned male but with a tall and medium build. He was unshaven, wearing a black hat with red Republic of California symbol on the front, black sweatshirt over a white collared shirt, black pants and shoes, and a surgical mask. The man was seen igniting a fire in the automotive section of the store.
