FREMONT, CA — The Fremont Police Department warns that traffic lights are out in the area of Central Avenue and Blacow Road. The outage is impacting commute traffic.
According to PG&E, a power outage is affecting 303 customers in the area. The utility company blames the outage on a vehicle crash into a power pole.
Crews are at the scene, but power is not expected to be fully restored until 10 a.m. Friday.
