Fremont Sewer Project: Street Closures
Expect closures at several major intersections through Wednesday. See the complete list of intersections.
FREMONT, CA — The Union Sanitary District is working on a major pipeline rehabilitation program in Fremont, prompting overnight street closures through Wednesday.
Temporary intersection closures between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. are planned at the following intersections:
- Fremont Blvd. & S. Grimmer
- Fremont Blvd. & Innovation
- Fremont Blvd. & Industrial
The project is rehabilitating aging sections of sewer mains through a "Cast in Place Pipe" which is a trenchless method of construction
