FREMONT, CA — Kiran Sampat didn't let an early morning chill prevent a walk. Kiran told Patch in an email, "My walk early morning ends in this park! During my recent walk on a cold morning I saw the 'white blanket' I took this picture! It conveys the near freezing morning I experienced!"
