Funeral Brawl Ends In Drunk Woman's Arrest: Police
"On the way to Santa Rita Jail she spit on the windows, seats and threatened to choke the officer when she got out of the patrol car."

FREMONT, CA — A funeral at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Fremont dissolved into a family brawl last Friday that ended with the police being called and a woman being arrested for battery, according to Fremont Police reports.
The 41-year-old San Jose woman, whose name was not released, did not calm down after her arrest. Police report, "As she was being placed in handcuffs, she struggled with officers. Once handcuffed, she continued to fight and kick the officers as they tried to place her into the patrol car. On the way to Santa Rita Jail she spit on the windows, seats and threatened to choke the officer when she got out of the patrol car."
The woman was booked on suspicion of battery, obstructing/resisting arrest and public intoxication.
