Great America Halloween Haunt Contest Winners
Here are the lucky Patch readers who won pairs of tickets to Great America's Halloween Haunt.

CALIFORNIA — Halloween Haunt at California's Great America in Santa Clara is a sure-fire scare-fest for the Halloween season. Patch gave readers a chance to win free passes to the park, which are good every day it's open this month.
We've chosen the lucky winners, who each receive two free passes. They are: Brandy Andreini of Livermore; Cheryl Cox of Santa Cruz; Nikki Christie of San Jose; Liliana Zapata of Santa Cruz; Tracey Leong of Los Altos; Marie Brown of Berkeley; and Joanna Perry of Citrus Heights.
Even if you didn't win free passes, you can still experience Halloween Haunt every Friday through Sunday in October. There are terrifying haunted mazes and attractions, thrilling scare zones and ghoulish live shows. They even have the most terrifying creature of all — creepy clowns.

If you've visited Halloween Haunt in the past, here's what's new for 2018.The Tooth Fairy haunted maze will lead guests through a living nightmare with a twisted tooth fiend who will stop at nothing to get baby teeth any way she can. Ripper's Revenge scare zone transforms a section of Great America's midway into old-town London where Jack, and his troupe of misfit villains, are dead set on taking over the town. Madame Marie's Blackout haunted maze provides a dark twist on last year's guest favorite, offering a lights-off journey through the heiress's sinister mansion with only a dim flashlight to guide the path.
Of course, Great America's thrilling rides, like Gold Striker, Demon and RailBlazer, add even more screams.
