Great Blue Heron Near Fremont Hiking Trail: Photo Of The Day
This beautiful bird was spotted during a weekend hike.
FREMONT, CA — You never know what you will see along a hiking trail. Jim Erickson snapped this photo last weekend of a Great Blue Heron just off Sabercat Creek Trail. He noted that sheep and goats have cleared the area making it easy to spot wild birds and animals.
