FREMONT, CA — Fremont Police Detectives from the department's Special Operations Division, along with the San Jose Police Department’s Air Support Unit, arrested four suspects in Union City during an in-progress residential burglary on Jan. 23, according to SJPD. It was the culmination of a multi-agency effort to take down a home invasion and burglary ring accused of committing crimes in at least five Bay Area cities.

According to the San Jose Police Department, the suspects used a WiFi Jammer device to disrupt home security camera signals.

While executing search warrants at five addresses linked to the men, investigators recovered over $100,000 in cash and stolen property. Several handguns, a high-capacity rifle and ammunition were also recovered.
