Jitterbug Swing Dance Classes start Monday, November 30 and Tuesday, December 1st at Fremont Adult and Continuing Education!
Swing dancing has been scientifically proven to be a heart and brain healthy activity! It’s a fun way for singles to meet new people in an energetic, enjoyable, and safe environment, while being a fun activity for couples.
