Lake Elizabeth Overflows: Fremont Photos Of The Day
The peaceful lake crept out of its banks after three weeks of rain.

FREMONT, CA — Three weeks of steady rain was more than Lake Elizabeth could absorb, as Evelyn LaTorre shows in this pair of photos. The beautiful lake in Central Park inches out of its banks. She took the photos after the final pineapple express atmospheric stream came through. As you can see, people out walking were bundled up against the cold.
