Man Arrested for Taking Photos of Child in Shopping Center Bathroom
The 47-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of invasion of privacy in a restroom.
A man was arrested Wednesday evening for taking photos of a child using the bathroom at a Fremont shopping center, Fremont police said. Police were called to a store in the Fremont Hub shopping center at 39100 Argonaut Way at 5:38 p.m. on reports of the man taking photos in the men’s restroom there, police said.
The 47-year-old San Jose man had been detained by security. Police arrested him and booked him into jail on suspicion of invasion of privacy in a restroom. The man’s name was not immediately released.
