Man Stabbed On BART Train In Fremont

FREMONT, CA — A man is hospitalized after being stabbed aboard a BART train at the Warm Springs station in Fremont.

The suspect has been taken into custody.

BART Police first reported the stabbing around 12:30 p.m. Friday.

The Warm Springs station was closed for about a half hour, with a bus bridge added almost immediately.

The BART schedule was never impacted, as trains rolled through the station without stopping.
