Missing 'At Risk' Fremont Senior Located

The East Indian woman has been missing since Monday morning.

FREMONT, CA — Fremont Police say 76-year-old Nirupana “Neela” Ramada has been found. She was reported missing after she went for a walk at 10 a.m. Monday and never returned.

She disappeared from the area of Whitetail Court and Boar Circle area in the Mission District.

Less than 2 hours after police issued a plea for help in finding Ramada, they reported that she was safe.
