New Fitness Programs Debut at Fremont Adult School

To kick off their new fitness programs, Fremont Adult School will offer first timers a free day of fitness for selected classes.

Free Fitness Day for First Timers At Fremont Adult School!

If you've never been to Fremont Adult School and are curious as to how Community Education (as opposed to a commercial, business gym chain) runs their fitness program...now's your chance to check us out for FREE! :-)

Fremont Adult and Continuing Education is part of the Fremont Unified School District and is dedicated to providing community education at low costs.

They've revamped their Fitness Program and as part of making people aware of what they're doing, the following classes can be sampled and tried out for FREE by "first timers" (folks who have never tried the classes listed below) on the following dates at the locations listed.

There's no obligation! If after trying the class, if it's not your thing, no worries.

But if you like it, the classes can be joined for a cost that breaks down to $6 a class. Low cost, but high quality is what the school offers. There are no long term expensive contracts and there is no membership fee.

Fitness classes include Kickboxing and Martial Arts Fitness, Dance, and Low Impact Classes for Baby Boomers and Active Adults.
