FREMONT, CA — The CHP reports that a large rock slide is blocking the westbound lane of Niles Canyon Road/State Highway 84. Drivers can expect long delays as Caltrans works to clear the slide.
The slide is just west of Palomares Road.
The slide was reported at 9:55 a.m. There is no estimate of when the road will be clear.
