No ID Yet in Deadly Fremont Pedestrian Crash

FREMONT, CA — The Alameda County Coroner's Bureau reported Monday afternoon that the name of the person killed Thursday evening in an auto-pedestrian accident in Fremont cannot be released because the family is still being notified of the person's death.

The victim was hit on Mission Boulevard at Warm Springs Boulevard at about 7:30 p.m. by two vehicles, according to preliminary information from the CHP log.

The deadly crash caused delays that lasted for hours as Mission Boulevard was closed for the crash investigation.
