Peeping Tom Spotted Outside Window Tuesday

Police are investigating an alleged peeping Tom spotted Tuesday in Fremont. A woman at an address in the 400 block of Rancho Arroyo Parkway reported the incident. The female victim spotted a man peering into her window, watching her, and screamed.

After that, the suspect fled the scene, according to police. He’s described as a Hispanic male with short dark hair, a mustache and dark eyes. Further details were not immediately available.
