Police Asking for Help Finding Shih Tzu Stolen During Burglary
Zizzi had stitches removed earlier this week and her stomach is still shaved.

Police are asking for help finding an 11-month-old Shih Tzu named Zizzi, taken from a closed pen when someone burglarized a Fremont home on Friday, police said. One or more suspects got into the home in the 35000 block of Ratto Place through an unlocked door and stole Zizzi, computers and jewelry sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 8:40 p.m.
Zizzi had stitches removed earlier this week and her stomach is still shaved. She’s also has a microchip.
Anyone with information about Zizzi’s whereabouts is being asked to get in touch with Fremont police at (510) 790-6800, option 3, or text an anonymous tip to Tip FremontPD followed by a message to 888-777. Detective Kindorf is investigating the case and he can be reached at hkindorf@fremont.gov.
