He is wanted in the beating of a Good Samaritan outside a Denny's restaurant in Fremont.

FREMONT, CA — Police in Fremont are looking for the public's help in locating a man wanted in connection with a battery that occurred in March.
Antonio Harris, 31, of Fremont, was involved in a fight on March 31 at 2:25 a.m. at the Denny's restaurant on Mowry Avenue, according to the Fremont Police Department.
Police said the incident started as an argument between Harris and restaurant employees.

Harris was working for a food delivery service and became frustrated over how long the order was taking, police said.
During the argument, another customer, a 34-year-old man from Fremont, attempted to intervene.

Harris and the man ended up getting into a physical altercation just outside the lobby of the restaurant, and the man suffered significant injuries to his mouth during the fight, police said.
Harris fled the scene and was not located by officers.
A warrant was issued for his arrest, and police have been looking for him since.
Police said Harris is aware he is wanted in connection with the incident, and he is likely staying with family or friends either in Fremont or in Oakland.
Harris has a large "GOD" tattoo across his forehead and has other tattoos on his left and right arms.
