Missing Fremont Boy Found As Darkness Approaches

FREMONT, CA — With the sun already set and darkness fast approaching, a missing 13-year-old boy has been found safe. Although police announced that he was believed to be in the vicinity of his middle school, Jayden Allen was found in Newark.

Jayden left Thornton Jr. High School on foot at approx. 1:07 p.m. Police reported just after 5 p.m. that he had been found and reunited with family.

Fremont Police say, "We'd like to thank our community for all of their assistance today!"
