Finally! Sig Alert Lifted For Overturned Tractor Trailer
It took until the end of rush hour to finally get the roadway completely clear at I-680 and Mission Boulevard.

FREMONT, CA — An overturned tractor trailer on the northbound I-680 ramp to Mission Boulevard in Fremont is finally cleat, the CHP reports. The on ramp had been closed for hours with drivers warned to expect delays and use alternate routes.
It took a huge effort, with the roadway blocked to turn the truck right side-up.
By a little after 6 p.m., the roadway was finally completely open.
