Andrew Ponec is a Stanford undergraduate and cofounder & CEO of Dragonfly System, a solar technology company spun out from Stanford’s electrical engineering department. Dragonfly System developed small electronics devices that improve efficiency and reduce installation costs for large commercial and utility-scale solar power installations. Dragonfly Systems was acquired in 2014 by SunPower Corporation, a US-based solar company with the world’s most efficient commercial solar cells, and is currently ramping up the production of the Dragonfly devices. Andrew was also named to Forbes “30 under 30” list in 2014 for his work in solar energy, and is currently focusing on building energy use and affordable housing technologies.

Shilpi is Co-Founder & COO of Kvantum, a marketing performance and attribution company, working with top CPG & Retail brands. Shilpi holds a M.S. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and MBA from UC Davis.

Shilpi spent 15+ years in strategic consulting, M&A and product development. While advising companies like Adobe, Microsoft, McAfee, Teradata. Shilpi built a foundation of what it takes to scale the operations globally and sell software as-a service. Shilpi has also helped various startups in building their operations ground up. Shilpi grew up in northern part of India close to Himalayan valley. She came to California in 2001 and it is her home away from home since then.
