Suspect Arrested At Fremont BART Station

FREMONT, CA — An Oakland man was arrested at the Fremont BART station on an outstanding warrant Monday.

Officers responded to a call to check on the welfare of the man, identified as 22-year-old Joshua Fortenberry.

A records check showed that Fortenberry had an outstanding $10,000 arrest warrant. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail.

Fortenberry was also cited for fare evasion.
