SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Traffic on Highway 101 is backed up from mid-span on the Golden Gate Bridge all the way to the Palace of Fine Arts.
Highway 1 is also back up through most of the Presidio.
Allow extra time if you're heading over the Golden Gate Bridge.
