FREMONT, CA — If you are driving in the vicinity of Civic Center Drive and Walnut Avenue in Fremont Thursday night, expect the traffic lights to be out.
Electrical work will be being conducted at the intersection.
The outage is planned from 9 p.m. until 7 a.m. on Friday.
