Tumbling Runoff: Photo of the Day

FREMONT, CA — A steady stream of storms here in the Bay Area have saturated the ground and filled nearby reservoirs. They've also created plenty of opportunities to enjoy the brooks, stream and waterfalls in the area. Nancy Culbertson snapped this photo.
