FREMONT, CA — Carlos Mangrobang spent part of a leisurely Sunday at Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area. He was there to fish, but also took in the view. Carlos told Patch, "When waiting for a bite at Fisherman's row, I snapped this photo of the hills. There was a gentle breeze on Sunday and it was quite peaceful."
