RECALL GAVIN NEWSOM https://ranaf.org/

Gavin Newsom must be recalled for our state to flourish, for our communities to be safer from crime, lower our taxes and make it less expensive for families. A few reasons are listed below:

SB 1 Road Repair and Accountability that required money be used for roads. It passed in CA, although controversial. Newsom signed an executive order, N-19-15 Sept. 20, redirecting gas tax money to fund railway systems and other projects. Of vital concern, Newsom’s latest road plan for California eliminates two important highway expansion projects on vital freight corridors in Central California.

Newsom pushed for and signed into law AB 392, the so called “Stephon Clark”. Mr. Clark was shot and killed by Sacramento PD. Mr. Clark’s own actions, his troubled state of mind and his use of mind-altering drugs were the reasons the police had to use deadly force. An investigation concluded the police acted lawfully. However, this did not matter, Newsom and the social activists demanded accountability. AB 392 will make it more dangerous for our officers out in the streets and make them more vulnerable to frivolous lawsuits.

Newsom constantly espouses his state as a sanctuary state, apparently even for criminals. An illegal alien shot and killed Officer Ronil Singh in 2018. This individual was previously arrested for drunk driving and should have been referred to ICE for those convictions. Officer Singh pulled over the suspect for suspected drunk driving. Newsom knew this is wrong and heart-wrenching, but decided to skip Ronil’s funeral to go watch a basketball game. Disgusting.

Newsom signed AB 1054 in July. AB 1054’s proposed wildfire funding mechanisms are premised upon limitless subsidies from utility customers. Prior to AB 1054 passage, PG&E made massive campaign contributions to nearly every member of the Legislature and to Governor Newsom to secure the bill’s passage.
