Woman Missing More Than 2 Years Last Seen In Fremont: Police

FREMONT, CA — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing woman who was last seen in Fremont more than two years ago.

Tawnya Lopez, 50, was last seen walking in the area of Olive Avenue on Dec. 28, 2023, according to the Fremont Police Department. Although she has not been seen or heard from since, police believe she may be at a local motel or traveling to South Carolina.

Lopez is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. She may have either red or blonde hair, according to the Fremont Police Department.

The Fremont Police Department asks that anyone with more information on Lopez's whereabouts contact the agency at 510-790-6800 and press option 3. For emergencies, call 911.
