CUSD Return To School Plan Survey

Please complete one survey for each student in your home

We are working closely with our Board of Trustees and Department of Public Health to create safe plans to reopen Central schools. Due to many critical health and safety measures, we will reopen schools in a hybrid learning model beginning with elementary students in January 2021.

Hybrid learning means students are split into smaller groups, such as A and B. One group, Group A, attends school on campus with the teacher, while the other group, group B, works at home independently. Then the two groups switch and group A works at home independently while Group B attends class on campus.

In order to determine the exact schedule for on-campus learning, we need to know your preference for how your child will complete the remainder of this school year. We ask for you to select the learning option that best meets your child's needs at this time so that we can prepare for reopening. Schedules will be announced the week of December 14. Please complete a survey for each child in your household that attends Central schools.
